How to pair remote B4-B with X5 master?

Hi,

i have 6 led strips connected to DMX512 D5-CX with X5. Everything works great.

Yesterday i want to pair a new remote - B4. No succes. Can you give me some advice? Thanks.

Hello friend,

Yesterday’s information was wrong. We have confirmed with engineers that the 2.4G remote control is compatible with the DMX512 controller.

For example, you assign the light strip to group one, press and hold the ON button of group one until the indicator light keeps flashing, and then use B4 to pair.

Which indicator light - small red dot on X5 or all led strips? Nothing happend :frowning:

WORKS!! BUT!! In my case solution was that:

I have everything conected to X5 and switchnig ON or OFF on “ALL” or “CH1” and both buttons CAN NOT go to pair mode. BUT, when I pressed and hold ON button on “CH4” on X5 it goes to pair mode and connection with B4 was established as shown on the vid.

Now on B4 I can do the same things as on X5. On “ALL” or “CH1”.

Both remote controllers paired successfully. THANKS!!!
