FUT103 4W GU10 Pairing Mode

I have just purchased my new bulbs from China and can not get them into pairing mode.
I have tried everything, please help.

Hi, I am not using a remote, I wanted to use the Gateway box 3 and control them with the phone App.

Could you share more details to help troubleshoot the issue? The FUT103 is a 2.4GHz RF-controlled bulb, while the ZB-Box3, if that’s what you meant, is a Zigbee gateway. These use different technologies and aren’t compatible. Please confirm your setup or any specific bulb behavior so we can find a solution.
