In single color mode, my FUT035s ist working properly and i can dimm both channels simultaneously using the CCT regulator on my C3 Remote.
But when I switch to Dual White Mode, the controller no longer supplies power to the CW Channel. It only dimms the light connected to the WW channel.
I thought my controller was defect so I bought another one but same problem on the new one

Thanks for you info. Normally, our FUT035S and C5 can support CCT and brightness adjustment. Please confirm the follow details.
Please check the CW and WW connections and make sure they are properly connected.
Please confirm that both the FUT035S and C3 have been correctly switched to Dual White Mode.
Could you please swap the CW and WW wires and test again? Also, please check the voltage between CW-V+ and WW-V+.
