I build all LED solutions by disconnecting the power supplies from the mains (220V).
All P1, P2, and P3 touch controllers that I installed for customers two years ago remember the brightness settings after the power supply (220V) is turned back on.
This no longer works with the ones I’m currently delivering!
They remain “Off” after switching on.
I operate the controllers directly as touch displays without a remote control - how can I activate memory mode so that the controller remembers the last switching state?
