Can 2× K3-W wall panels control the same 2× FUT035Z+ controllers?

Hello,

I am planning a CCT main lighting system and I would like to confirm the supported pairing topology before purchasing the components.

The system would contain:

  • 2 × FUT035Z+ CCT controllers

  • 2 × K3-W 2.4 GHz wall remote panels

Both FUT035Z+ controllers will operate together as one lighting zone.

I would like both K3-W panels to control both FUT035Z+ controllers directly via MiBoxer 2.4 GHz RF.

In other words:

K3-W #1 → FUT035Z+ #1 and FUT035Z+ #2
K3-W #2 → FUT035Z+ #1 and FUT035Z+ #2

Could you please confirm:

  1. Can one K3-W be paired with two FUT035Z+ controllers at the same time?

  2. Can two K3-W panels both be paired with the same two FUT035Z+ controllers?

  3. Does this work directly over 2.4 GHz RF without a MiBoxer gateway?

  4. Can the FUT035Z+ controllers simultaneously remain connected to Zigbee2MQTT / Home Assistant through Zigbee 3.0?

  5. Is there a maximum number of K3-W remotes that can be paired with one FUT035Z+?

This is for a fixed main-lighting installation, so I would like to confirm the supported topology before installation.

Thanks for you details. Here are answers for your reference.

The answer for the first two questions is YES;

The signal transmission between the K3 and the controller is via RF; no gateway is required. If you want smart control, you can add a Zigbee 3.0 gateway.

One remote can work with countless controllers, one remote can be controlled by 12 remotes.

Just one final clarification: can both FUT035Z+ controllers be paired directly with a standard Zigbee 3.0 coordinator running Zigbee2MQTT (Home Assistant), while simultaneously retaining their direct 2.4 GHz RF pairing with both K3-W wall panels?

I would like the wall panels to work independently of Home Assistant, while Home Assistant provides brightness and CCT control through Zigbee.

The answer is YES.

Pairing an RF remote with the controller does not affect gateway control. They work independently.

So, the FUT305Z+ can be controlled by the K3 remote while remaining paired with the gateway/ Home assistant.
