Hello, I’ve recently bought a flood light lamp model MF2-24A-ZL. It’s connected to the rail using Aqara Z1 Pro switch and 200W 220V → 48V power supply. The lamp works and turns on as it should, however I am completely unable to put it into the Zigbee pairing mode. As per docs I should have to turn it on/off x 3 times with 1 second interval, but that doesn’t work for me. Neither works doing this 5 times, nor leaving it off for 10 seconds and then turning back on. Can you suggest the particular, specific steps I should execute to put it into the pairing mode?

- There are two ways to pair:
(1) Turn off the main switch of the light →→→ Wait over 1 minute →→→ then turn on the light immediately →→→ and then turn off the light immediately.
Repeat this step 6 times to enter the pairing state.
(2) Remove the light from the track. Wait a few minutes and reinstall it. Then pair it within 3 seconds.
Still nothing is working, I’ve tried both ways.
Is it the connectivity limited to some certain Zigbee gateway type?
Should it at least do some blinking when in pairing mode?
I have same problem with HZ2. I can’t put the controller into zigbee pairing mode by switching it on and off.
How fast should switching be?
Can you do the video manual with it?
