Can't unlink second K1 switch from FUT035S+

I’ve accidentally paired a second K1 switch to my FUT035S+ controller, so now there are 2 K1 switches controlling the same LED strip, which I don’t want and I can’t unlink the second switch. I’ve tried many combinations of switching off power for at least 10s, and then pressing the switch’s button 5 times within the first 3s. It doesn’t want to unlink. Please help.

Hi, dear

Thanks for your message. The standard unbind operation for K1 switch is 5 presses within 3 seconds after power-up. Please try the steps below:

Method 1: Unbind the unwanted K1 individually Power off FUT035S+ for more than 10 seconds. Power it on. Within 3 seconds after power-on, short press the button on the K1 you want to remove 5 times continuously. The LED strip will flash 10 times quickly to confirm successful unbinding.

If it still fails, please check:

  1. Do not press too slowly; all 5 presses must finish within 3 seconds.

  2. Make sure the K1 battery is sufficient.

  3. Stay close to the controller when operating.

Please let me know the result.

Thanks.

Dear Zora, thanks for your comment, but I’ve tried this at least 20 times without success.

Fortunately, I then finally managed to unlink them by first long-pressing the set button on the controller and when it changed color from red to green, immediately pressed the switch button 5 times. After unlinking I long-pressed the controller’s set button again to change it back to red.

Hope this helps others.
